I grew up near Philadelphia, earned my bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University, and started my career as a Technical Production Editor at the American Psychological Association.
After marrying my best friend, who I met on our first day of college, I moved to San Francisco, where I began a 25+ year journey as a recruiter, working for agencies and in corporate Talent Acquisition roles. I spent over 10 years as the Rainmaker for a global search firm specializing in payment and retail technology, where I earned President’s Club recognition for my ability to generate a constant stream of new clients and opportunities, even during the most volatile markets.
I launched Way Beyond Resumes in 2018 to teach talented professionals the exact strategies top recruiters use to uncover hidden opportunities. Since then, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve successful job searches, career pivots, and professional goal attainment.
