2. If you want to review a resume, send an email to Larry@waybeyondresumes.com and mention the profile ID number(s) of the candidate you want to review in the Subject line or in the email's text. This is the number directly before their title. 

3. Upon our obtaining the candidates' permission, you will receive a copy of the resume and contact information. We obtain this permission to avoid potential conflict and to preserve discretion as most of these candidates are currently employed.

**There is no cost to access the talent listed below. The candidates shown have either been referred to us via our Resume writing service or through a retained search. This list will be updated every 1 to 2 weeks. In the event that you wish to have us conduct a search for a specific role within your company, we would first meet by phone or Zoom to establish a hiring profile, process, and terms. We work on a retainer/contingency or contract (hourly) recruiting model.
